How does my account work?

• Your account is completely personal and linked to your (web)shop. With this account you can place orders and we can immediately see who you are. After you completed your order, you will receive an e-mail. This e-mail is not the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when your order has shipped. This invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

Change password

• Once you received your password, you can change it. Log out at the top, clink on 'password forgotten' and reset your password via your e-mail address. You will be sent an e-mail to choose a new password. 

Am I obligated to buy when I apply for an account?

• No, you can apply for an account without obligations.
