General terms and conditions Hello August vof – wholesale

By placing an order on the wholesale website of Hello August vof, you agree to our terms and conditions and, after purchasing items from our range, you are liable to pay.

Article 2: Applicability of Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to orders and sales, orders given to Hello August vof, work carried out by Hello August vof, deliveries made by Hello August vof and other services provided by Hello August vof via the wholesale website of Hello August vof. Other conditions shall only be applicable if agreed in writing. All oral agreements of Hello August vof are effective only, if confirmed by us in writing.

Article 3: General
1. Purchase is only possible for (web)shops registered with the Chamber of Commerce and if they received a personal login code from Hello August vof;
2. Ordered products are only intended for resale and - unless otherwise agreed - only in the shop(s) for which the login code was obtained;
3. Products offered as a set may not be sold separately.

Article 4: Payment
Payment should be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Article 5: Minimum order amount
Hello August vof uses a minimum order of € 50, - per order, excluding VAT and shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise.

Article 6: Prices
All prices on our website are exclusive VAT and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Article 7: Reservation of ownership
1. All ordered goods remain the property of Hello August vof, as long as the customer is still due some pay. If the customer fails to meet his payment obligations on time, Hello August vof has the right, without any notice of default, to take back the goods in which case the agreement(s) underlying the delivery(s) shall also be bound without judicial intervention, without prejudice to the right of the seller to compensate for damage, loss of profit and interest.
2. Consequently, the customer is before full payment not authorised to pledge the goods to third parties or transfer the ownership other than in accordance with the practice of his business or the normal use of the goods.
3. The customer shall be obliged to return the goods on which the seller wishes to assert his reservation of ownership carriage paid within 3 days of written request.

Article 8: Complaints
1. Complaints will be processed by Hello August vof if they are reported in writing or by telephone within 8 days after delivery of the goods.
2. All rights of complaints lapse if the goods have been fully or partially used, displayed in a shop or resold.

Article 9: Delivery
1. Delivery times specified by Hello August are noncommittal. Hello August vof is not liable for the consequences of exceeding those delivery times.
2. Hello August vof is authorized to make partial deliveries.
3. The goods shall be shipped for account of and risk of the customer.

Article 10: Return policy
Goods cannot be returned by the customer, unless upon receipt it appears that the goods are damaged, or the goods have defects, and this has been reported to Hello August vof within 8 days of receipt by mail or telephone.

Article 11: Applicable law
All disputes arising from or connected with any bid, order, work or other performance shall be judged in accordance with Belgian law.

Article 12: Images at www.hello-august-wholesale.be
The articles in the product information images on the website are not displayed at actual size. Also, the colours of the displayed images of products from the range of Hello August vof may differ from reality due to the settings of your computer screen.

Article 13: Price changes
Hello August vof has the right to change its prices at all times.

Article 14: Protection of your privacy
All personal data will only be used by Hello August vof and will never be made available to third parties, unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.

Article 15: Copyright
All images of Hello August vof are copyrighted. Nothing from this website may be copied, stored and/or distributed without written permission from Hello August vof, unless it is used for product descriptions on the website or for press publications with clear mention of our brand name.

Article 16: Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Belgian law, even if the customer is domiciled abroad.
